Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis. Strong knowledge and experience in operating ICP and XRF instruments. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of quality management systems and laboratory accreditation requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Experience in precious metals industry is a plus.
