Description

This position is primarily responsible for executing and supporting all functions of the warehouse department, including administrative and physical job responsibilities as required.  Responsibilities    Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders; compare identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records; verify that materials received are as ordered  Maintain accurate computerized records of all material transactions  Performs physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, storing and distributing of materials, supplies and equipment  Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped; posts weight and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment  Set up daily pickups via UPS, FedEx, DHL and other carriers  Load the delivery trucks with order packages for the delivery route  Lifting weights up to 49 pounds  Follow the safety standards stringently while handling products that weigh more than 50 pounds  During shifts, use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gears to move heavy things around  Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures  Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc  Timely returns processing as applicable Follow provided procedures to complete tasks  Complete warehousing & inventory execution tasks as applicable  Assist in other areas and perform other duties, as needed  Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.); six months to one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience  Knowledge of basic computer skills  Good oral and written communication skills required  Strong attention to detail  Must be able to work with others and maintain a professional attitude  Must be able to handle multi-task and organize work  Must show courtesy to co-workers, customers, and all others with whom contact occurs  Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also being an active member of a larger team  Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to assume new responsibilities  This position must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., frequently move up to 75 lbs., and occasionally move up to 100 lbs  Must be able to work overtime as needed

We transport cargo every day to over >100 stations across Asia on behalf of our customers, and coordinate with many Cargo Terminal Operators (CTOs). We rely heavily on CTOs and ground handlers to ensure we can maximize our ability to sell and transport cargo. To ensure the reliability of CTOs and ground handlers, we maintain strong communication with Team Leaders who will be overseeing the air operations team on a daily basis. They will be the main people advising the management on on-the-ground feedback from the customers and the operations teams. Their input is critical to ensure we consistently improve the quality and standard of service. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Officer, Hub Ops to join our dynamic team in air logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hub, managing parcel flow, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards. You will lead a team of sorters, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in the handling of shipments.
