Co-Developement Business Unit is hiring for UI/UX Designer Internal Code: A25092 This is a 1-year contract role (there is possibility of further extension). What will you do? Research and design end-to-end user experience Work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products. Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience Conduct product inception with product owners to understand the product requirements Develop a sense of empathy with the users, and create usable products through the understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography Conduct focus group discussions and usability testing with citizens to enhance the product Work very closely with development teams to ensure design specs are implemented Create overall branding and style guides to supplement prototypes for product development Requirements What are we looking for? A strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field of study. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer or related. Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs Experience in HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design and interaction decisions. Ability to convey ideas through variety of methods, such as storytelling, storyboards and mood boards Good problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumen.
