Job Details: Salary: S$3200 to S$3500 basic pay Eligibility: Singaporean or PR only Shift: Straight Shift Meals: 2 staff meals provided per day Transport: Provided after 11 PM Additional Benefits: High tips and additional incentives Job Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests Manage bar staff by training, mentoring, and scheduling shifts to ensure smooth operations Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and track stock to avoid shortages Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, along with alcohol serving laws Manage customer complaints, providing efficient and professional resolutions Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by upholding service standards Support the Bar Manager in developing promotional events and marketing activities Ensure cash handling and POS system accuracy, manage end-of-day reconciliations Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-paced F&B environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate a team Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management Customer-service oriented with problem-solving skills Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Location: Robertson Quay (walking distance from MRT) Contact Us to Apply:Email: reservation@rossovinosingapore.com Come be a part of our vibrant team at Rosso Vino, where Italian cuisine meets exceptional service!
