2025 Immediate Area : Raffles Place Time : 10am to 4pm Duties : Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are clean and stored appropriately. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients. Preparation duties may include washing of ingredients, chopping and basic cooking.
