Singaporean and PR A Workshop Service Advisor acts as the main point of contact for customers in a vehicle workshop, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing the repair process. Here's a more detailed breakdown of your responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greeting and understanding customer needs: Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle service or repair needs. Providing estimates and explaining procedures: Offer accurate cost estimates and explain the service procedures clearly to customers. Addressing customer feedback and complaints: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Conducting vehicle handover and explaining completed work: Explain the completed work and any additional recommendations to the customer. Workshop Management: Creating job cards and scheduling appointments: Create job cards and schedule service appointments efficiently. Liaising with technicians: Act as a communication link between customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth workflow. Monitoring service progress and updating customers: Track service progress and update customers on the job status and completion time. Maintaining service records and warranties: Maintain service records, warranties, and follow-up reminders for future services. Other Responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries and service bookings: Manage daily customer inquiries and service bookings. Recommending repairs and preparing quotes: Suggest necessary repairs and prepare quotes for customers. Coordinate with technicians and order necessary car parts. Updating customers, closing job cards, and sending invoices: Keep customers informed, close job cards, and send invoices for payment. Managing accident claims, manage reminders, and build strong relationships with customers.
