Here's a more detailed breakdown of your responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greeting and understanding customer needs: Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle service or repair needs. Providing estimates and explaining procedures: Offer accurate cost estimates and explain the service procedures clearly to customers. Addressing customer feedback and complaints: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Conducting vehicle handover and explaining completed work: Explain the completed work and any additional recommendations to the customer. Workshop Management: Creating job cards and scheduling appointments: Create job cards and schedule service appointments efficiently.
