Providing estimates and explaining procedures: Offer accurate cost estimates and explain the service procedures clearly to customers. Addressing customer feedback and complaints: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Conducting vehicle handover and explaining completed work: Explain the completed work and any additional recommendations to the customer. Workshop Management: Creating job cards and scheduling appointments: Create job cards and schedule service appointments efficiently. Liaising with technicians: Act as a communication link between customers and workshop technicians, ensuring smooth workflow. Monitoring service progress and updating customers: Track service progress and update customers on the job status and completion time.
