If these items are required, they must be purchased separately. - A one-time administrative fee of $180.00 is required upon check-in. - At contract signing, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent and one month's prepaid rent must be paid; all payments must be completed upon check-in. - Once a reservation is canceled, the paid security deposit or deposit will not be refunded. - A management fee of $160.50 is required if a room change is requested at check-in. - An additional room selection fee of $54 applies for choosing a specific room, and water and electricity charges will be billed separately. - The management reserves the right to change the above fees at any time without prior notice. **Apartment Features** - Room types: Quad-sharing / Six-person sharing - Facilities: The apartment offers over 100 uniquely decorated, fully furnished rooms. The dormitory is just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and close to Tiong Bahru MRT Station. Extension requests must be submitted before check-in.
