Fitness Equipment Specialist

We specialize in providing top-quality fitness equipment to our customers, and we're looking for a candidate who can ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products while also providing essential servicing, maintenance, installation, and repair support. Job Description: As a specialist at IVI Pte Ltd, your multifaceted role will include: 1. Safe and Timely Deliveries: Transport fitness equipment to various locations in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure that products are securely loaded and unloaded. Plan routes to optimize delivery schedules. 2. Installation and Assembly: Set up and install fitness equipment at customer locations. Ensure proper assembly and placement, following manufacturer guidelines. 3. Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on fitness equipment. Identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure optimal performance. 4. Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair fitness equipment malfunctions and faults. Order and replace faulty parts as needed. 5. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Offer guidance and basic usage instructions to customers. 6. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery, installation, and maintenance of fitness equipment is preferred. Basic technical knowledge of fitness equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move heavy fitness equipment. Dependable and punctual.
