Summary: Manage data center operations, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and efficient environmental conditions while collaborating with IT teams and implementing safety protocols. Ensure safety protocols and best practices within the data center Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the data center facilities, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Monitor environmental conditions, power usage, and capacity planning to maintain operational efficiency. Perform regular maintenance and inspections of data center equipment and facilities. Collaborate with IT teams to support hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the data center. Assist in the planning and execution of data center projects, including expansions and migrations. Document maintenance procedures, equipment configurations, and operational guidelines. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data center management or facilities engineering. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and physical security. Familiarity with server hardware and networking equipment. Experience with data center monitoring tools and technologies. Ability to troubleshoot facilities-related issues efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
