Without needles SL-1200MK5 IYKYK The mk7 is not really in the same league as the mk2-mk6, they shaved weight on the body and platter. I am not sure if that means actual specs that impact sound quality will suffer, but I do find it interesting that Technics no longer even specs rumble for the mk7. The Mk5s are the last of the analogue pitches and in order to zero the pitch, it uses a button. I believe MK7s use a digital pitch slider. These are still great machines, but if you want a digital pitch, then you might as well have a CDJ.
