Responsibilities Work according to 24/7 shifts, including weekend and public holidays Review daily fraud alerts daily using tools provided from internal sources as well as from external agencies Investigate external and/or internal fraud escalations in a proper and timely manner within stated SLA Work closely with law enforcement agencies and and internal government agencies on the dissemination of fraud intelligence Actively support Singpass Anti-Fraud strategy and Functions Support and inform the Fraud Intelligence Team on new and emerging fraud patterns and anti-fraud typologies. Perform incident response actions, including threat hunting to identify scam victims Works Effectively in a team environment setting Requirements 2-3 Years experience in fraud surveillance and/or transaction monitoring preferred Analytical and self-initiated to resolve issues Demonstrate success in working independantly and within a team Able to work under pressure Proficient level of interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of advanced excel and basic SQL knowledge preferred but not a requirement Join us and discover a meaningful and exciting career with Assurity Trusted Solutions!   The remuneration package will commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
