Should have relevant experience in managing a big team and liaising with client stakeholders. Should be a single POC for client for Billing Delivery/Operations to address any issues related to Billing. Should be well versed with agile methodology working across cross functional teams. Requirements Strong hands on billing knowledge in any or combination of the billing packages such as ARIA , Amdocs , CSGi , Netcracker is required. Extensive experience in ARIA / related Billing product is preferable. Should have prior experience in Big BSS transformation or migration programs and should be able to provide optimal strategy / solution related to billing.
