Driver and General Worker

Description

WP: Courier company hiring local driver and general worker. Local drivers can directly take Class 4 license. Base salary: 1300 Rental allowance: 300 Work responsibility bonus: 300 (for no delays, no speeding, no safety issues or complaints, and completing all assigned deliveries safely on the same day) Working hours: 12 hours (can only leave after completing all assigned deliveries for the day). Start at 8 AM. Must complete the required delivery volume within 12 hours. Overtime will not be paid if not completed on time. Additional income is based on the number of deliveries exceeding the required amount. Monthly target is 5000 deliveries (e.g., 5 parcels at one location count as 5). Weekly: 6 days (rest days arranged by company, not necessarily on weekends) Extra bonuses during promotional periods, exact amount subject to employer Bonus payment: Based on total number of deliveries completed in a month. For every parcel delivered beyond 5000 per month, earn an additional 0.5 SGD. Example: Delivering 6000 parcels in a month earns an extra $500 bonus. Work location: Island-wide Requirements: Must know how to use Apple courier software, basic English. (Customers may be non-Chinese in some areas) (Huawei courier software is not widely used) Total estimated income: Around 2000 - 2500
