E-commerce Department Manager (accommodation and meals provided) Gender: Female Age: No restriction Salary: SGD 4500 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Accommodation Allowance: Accommodation and meals provided Days Off per Month: 6 Remarks: 1. Overall operation and management of the cross-border e-commerce department; formulation of annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans and sales targets. 2. Lead the team to achieve business KPIs including GMV, profit, and market expansion. 3. Overall operational planning and execution across platforms such as Amazon / Shopee / Lazada / eBay / TikTok Shop. 4. Review product listings, listing optimization, promotional campaign planning, and pricing strategies. 5. Recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentive management for the cross-border e-commerce team. 6. Collaborate with procurement, finance, customer service, logistics, and warehousing departments to enhance overall operational efficiency. Diploma or above; majors in International Trade, E-commerce, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in cross-border e-commerce operations; proficiency in at least one major platform (e.g., Amazon / Shopee / Lazada) required. Familiarity with platform policies, operational processes, advertising campaigns, data analytics, and product selection procedures. Prior team management experience required; ability to lead teams toward achieving sales goals. Strong capabilities in data analysis, communication & coordination, and stress resilience. Experience managing multiple sites or platforms is preferred. Work Location: Orchard Road
