Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability. Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis to resolve production issues and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and implement solutions to prevent and address outages. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices. Skills Required: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking and virtualization. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA). Experience with VMware, vSphere, or VMware NSX.
