




Responsibilities: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of physical data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Perform the installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of hardware components, cables, and related systems. Manage and secure data-bearing devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs) in accordance with company policies and industry best practices. Ensure proper tracking, storage, and disposal of sensitive data to maintain data integrity and security. Respond to and resolve issues within a ticket-based environment, adhering to established SLAs and operational protocols. Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, replacements, and troubleshooting activities. Provide detailed reports on recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance data center performance. Follow all safety and operational guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Support efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient data center environment. Requirements: Strong understanding of physical IT infrastructure, including cabling, hardware, and data-bearing devices. Experience with ticketing systems and familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
