Join us as a Field Engineer (Fibre Broadband) and build real technical experience while working on-site with fibre broadband, Digital TV, and Digital Voice services. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy practical fieldwork, troubleshooting, meeting clients, and solving connectivity issues. What You’ll Do You will be responsible for: Installing and maintaining Fibre Broadband, Digital TV, and Digital Voice services Troubleshooting and resolving fibre broadband connectivity issues Providing technical support to clients Communicating clearly with customers, team members, and stakeholders Handling on-site service tasks independently and efficiently Supporting project coordination when required Ensuring assigned service tasks are completed on time Training Provided On-job training is provided Course commencement date will be advised once the minimum seat is met Security clearance requires 3 working days in advance Requirements NITEC 2 for locals to perform FTTH works Diploma for foreigners to perform FTTH works Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills Experience in field service operations, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair Good communication skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders Able to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities Understanding of fibre optic technology and network systems is highly recommended Own transport preferred Bikers are welcomed Why Join Us?
