Role Overview: As a Junior/Senior Engineer at Talentsis, you will be instrumental in the development and enhancement of innovative software applications. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions while leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements for software development projects. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve application issues. Document development processes, code changes, and application functionalities for future reference. Engage in peer code reviews and share best practices to promote a culture of continuous learning. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure best practices are followed. Support the deployment of applications and provide ongoing maintenance as needed. Requirements Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services is advantageous. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Experience with version control tools like Git will be an asset.
