Summary: This role involves assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and supporting cross-functional teams. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with teams and provide technical support Responsibilities: Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, ensuring reliability and uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support. Help to implement security measures and data protection protocols. Support system upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasks as needed. Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Stay updated on current technologies and best practices in infrastructure management. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of server and network management, including operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hardware. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are advantageous.
