Summary: Seeking a cook/kitchen helper for a Western Stall in a school canteen, responsible for food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Highlights: 1. Engage in diverse food preparation and cooking tasks 2. Maintain kitchen hygiene and assist with service 3. Involves food handling, cooking, and dishwashing Cook/kitchen helper needed for Western Stall in school canteen at saint Joseph's institution 38 malcom road (bt timah) Qualification: Valid basic food hygiene cert required , Physically fit, can carry heavy load up to 10kg Requirement: Singaporen, PR, LTVP with permission to work START : Asap Mondays to Fridays: Rest during school and public holidays. Working hours: 6 or 7 to 1pm to 2pm JOBSCOPE: 1) Cutting chicken meat for chicken chop, cutlet 2) Cutting vegetables (onions, ,mushroom etc) 3) Dish washing( use dishwashing machine) 5) Simple frying of fries, nuggets, chicken cutlet (deep fryer machine) 6)Grilling of chicken chop ( Griddle) 7) Making pasta (mushroom aglio olio, chicken bolognese, prawn aglio olio) 8) Clear garbage and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. 9) cashering and serving when needed
