Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of transportation equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and identify solutions. Interact with clients to gather information regarding equipment performance and issues. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. Conduct inspections and prepare reports on equipment condition. Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely acquisition of necessary components. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a service technician in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to service locations. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for equipment repair.
