Responsibilities: Batch Processing: Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting batch jobs. Handling tasks including report generation, data migration, data transformation, and system maintenance. Addressing batch-related issues and enhancements across multiple systems and entities (e.g., Gift City, HKL, SG). Reporting: Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports. Developing custom reports, addressing report inaccuracies, and supporting report-related changes across different systems and regions. Handling both scheduled and ad-hoc report requests. Interface Management: Managing interfaces between different systems. Overseeing data migrations, server migrations, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Working with various file formats and protocols for data transfer. Handling interface-related projects and compliance (e.g., MAS655). Database Management (limited): Engaging in tasks involving database migrations and cleanup activities, particularly related to OPC migrations. Project Support: Supporting various in-house programs and projects. Providing technical expertise and resolving issues related to new requirements and implementations. Providing UAT support and testing for new features and functionalities. Requirements Extensive experience in batch processing, reporting, and interface management within a complex financial system, likely related to trade finance. High degree of technical expertise. Strong skills in batch processing, data analysis, and system integration. Ability to ensure the smooth operation of batch processes, the accuracy of reporting, and the reliable functioning of system interfaces within the organization's financial systems.
