The Group is APAC’s largest real asset manager powered by the New Economy and the third largest listed real estate investment manager globally.   With US$140 billion in gross assets under management (AUM), the Group’s fully integrated development and investment management platform extends across key APAC markets, including China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, India, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, representing over 95% of GDP in APAC, and also includes an expanding presence in Europe and the U.S. Main Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting, and timely maintenance and repair works Manage parking revenue streams (e.g., hourly and season parking, paid complimentary, deposit refunds, promotions), including reconciliation and reporting Implement and maintain a regular inspection regime to ensure operational standards and safety compliance Oversee the operation, maintenance, and renewal of carpark systems (e.g., EPS, Parking Guidance System, top-up stations) Prepare and submit monthly operational and financial reports Review parking charges periodically and provide data-driven recommendations Respond to customer feedback and service requests promptly and professionally Review, improve, and implement carpark-related work processes to enhance efficiency and service quality Administer vendor contracts, including those for maintenance services and payment gateway providers Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual carpark operations budget Requirements Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale carparks or portfolios of carpark sites Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with carpark systems, local regulations, and vendor management is an advantage Certification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) is preferred and will be an added asset
