Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of projects. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with clients to understand their power backup requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments. Design and develop architectures and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of power backup systems. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. With 3 - 5 or more years working experience in the DC Power System/UPS Industry. Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
