On-the-job training and career development opportunities Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative and reporting functions within our wildlife and bird control division. This role is ideal for someone organised, responsive, and comfortable coordinating. The candidate will assist in preparing reports for bird control activities, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. Key Responsibilities · Compile and organise photo documentation, site updates, and service records · Support daily administrative duties including data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping · Assist with invoicing, quotations, and updating internal tracking sheets. · Liaise with internal teams, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely updates · Assist management with any other administration works when necessary · Monitor report submissions and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time · Maintain proper digital filing and organisation of project documents Requirements · Good administrative, coordination, and reporting skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Good written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask · Able to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently · Positive attitude and willingness to learn · Prior experience in pest control, wildlife management, construction, facilities management, or related industries is an advantage Working Arrangement · Work From Home, 5 days work week · Flexible and rsponsive to operational requirements · Training will be provided What We Offer · On-the-job training and career development opportunities · Exposure to operations coordination, reporting, and client handling · Supportive and collaborative team environment
