Key Responsibilities: * Managing helpdesk communications via Outlook email and developer's system * Handling and following developer's process flows and email notifications accurately for POs & Invoices * Coordinating repair works, maintenance matters and follow-ups with tenants and contractors * Providing professional and friendly customer service via phone and other communication systems * Maintaining proper records, filing emails in Outlook and organising documents in OneDrive * Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and tracking reports * Preparing proper end-of-day handover and transition updates * Supporting multiple ongoing tenancy and operational matters efficiently Requirements: * Good command of spoken and written English * Strong communication and customer service skills * Energetic, pleasant and professional personality when communicating with tenants, contractors and teammates * Good multitasking, coordination and follow-up skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and OneDrive * Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive via calls and other communication channels during working hours (Monday to Friday, Singapore Time * Leasing, property management or tenancy management experience is preferred but candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly are welcome * 1 year experience in support and documentations, customer service and coordination roles * Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking tenants but not mandatory Work Arrangement: * Primarily work-from-home arrangement * Must remain reachable and responsive during working hours (Monday to Friday, Singapore via calls and messaging * Required to attend office meetings or team syncing sessions once every 2 weeks or when operationally required
