Merchandising Executive

Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure that product merchandising is in place and aligned with the brand and company standards. Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands. Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs and brand imaging Develop and implement promotional plans Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development Any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements Degree in Business, or related field. Fresh graduate are welcome Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
