




Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts. Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate potential production issues. Taking ownership, responding to incident tickets, and closing open incident tickets by adhering to service level agreements. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in an application support role. Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries. Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus. Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous. Dynamic individual with a thirst for learning. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising on work quality. Provide 24x7 operational support for all production activities.
