Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) works on construction sites. Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor and manage the progress of M&E works according to project plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Review and approve design drawings and specifications related to M&E works. Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements. Prepare and submit progress reports to project management. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of M&E works. Requirements Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E works, preferably in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems. Strong knowledge of M&E works and construction processes. Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
