Position: WP China - Customer Service Assistant Employer Company: Logistics Company Gender: Female Age: 20-35 years old Salary: $2400-$2600 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:30pm Saturday 9:30am-1:00pm Days Off per Month: 6 days Remarks: 1. The employer is a logistics company seeking a customer service assistant to communicate with customers online, respond to messages (in both Chinese and English), follow up on shipment progress, etc. Must be proficient in using translation software, data entry, sales, arranging pickups, packing, and distribution; responsible for duty shifts at stores, headquarters, and warehouses. Prior experience in online customer service and sales required; must be computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.); 2. Annual medical leave complies with MOM regulations, 13th-month salary provided, 15 days of annual leave plus public holidays after two years; Work Location: Eunos, near Paya Lebar Station (Green Line EW8 & Orange Line CC9 Paya Lebar)
