Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions to support organizational needs. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability. Develop and implement policies and procedures for infrastructure management, including security protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure systems. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner. Conduct regular backup operations and disaster recovery testing. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related role for Senior Engineer position. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure management. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation. Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, AWS, CompTIA) is a plus.
