Responsibilities: Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in software development. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams. Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive decision-making. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
