Responsibilities: Manage the design, development, and maintenance of application software solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform application testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues. Document application processes, configurations, and changes for reference and compliance. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to application development. Assist in the training of end-users on application functionalities and enhancements. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on application software. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks. Understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Relevant certifications in application development or related technologies are advantageous.
