Summary:
This role involves leading the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing, leadership, and organisational development programmes, alongside providing consulting services for corporate clients.

As part of the Consulting and Solutions team, this role will help to expand and scale our workplace consulting and solutions. This role is essential to meet growing client demand, enhance our solutions to enable strategic consulting and business growth.
Lead the team in development, delivery, and consultancy on workplace wellbeing, leadership, and organisational development programmes.
Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars (both in-person and virtual) for corporate clients.
Consulting services for organisations on embedding wellbeing, leadership, and cultural change strategies into their workplace.
Design and develop training materials and consulting frameworks aligned with adult learning principles and evidence-based approaches.
Continuously enhance training and consulting methodologies based on research, industry trends, and client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable and innovative solutions for training and consulting.
Evaluate training and consulting impact, using feedback to refine content and recommendations
Requirements
Proven extensive experience in training, organisational development, and/or workplace consulting.
Degree Organizational Psychology/ Organizational Development/ Organizational Communications
5–8 years of work experience in the corporate consulting
Proven experience leading consulting projects, designing and delivering training at the enterprise level.
Good understanding of change management and cultural transformation concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to synthesise complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
Analytical skills to assess organisational challenges, interpret data, and recommend evidence-based solutions.
Strong facilitation and advisory skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to different needs
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Leadership experience in leading a hybrid team is preferred
