Food Preparation & Assembly • Prepare fresh ingredients including toppings, sauces and components • Assemble and finish products according to our standards • Maintain consistency in portioning and presentation • Ensure every item is clean, well finished and ready to serve Customer Experience • Take accurate orders via POS and phone • Assist customers with a positive and attentive attitude • Contribute to a smooth and pleasant service experience Kitchen Operations • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times • Keep workstation organised and efficient • Support restocking and daily closing duties • Work as a team to ensure smooth service flow
