Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced APAC Solutions Director to lead our regional AV solutions strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid background in the AV industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of AV solution strategies across APAC Work closely with regional sales and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients Provide high-level technical and strategic support in key client engagements and proposals Oversee cross-functional collaboration between presales, project delivery, and operations teams Stay abreast of market trends and drive innovation in AV solution offerings Manage and mentor regional solution architects and presales teams Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in the AV industry, with proven success in solutions leadership or similar roles Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, integration, and solution design Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of the APAC market and experience working across multiple countries in the region DVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
