Summary: This role involves assisting with product loading, unloading, and delivery support, including record-keeping and client communication. Highlights: 1. Assist in loading and unloading products 2. Support delivery operations and customer communication 3. Maintain accurate delivery records and reports Delivery Assistant (1 year contract, no visibility on the renewal as of now, range : S$1.7-1.9K, looking to start ASAP) NO LICENSE REQUIRED - Working hours : Monday to Fridays 8am to 5pm Assist in loading and unloading products  collecting all rejected products upon approval  Support truck manoeuvring at customer locations  Loading and unloading products.  Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.  Assist in compiling accurate delivery records and reports.  Reporting all delivery-related problems to driver or supervisor  Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.  Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.  Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
