Join us at myCarriage as a Operations Assistant. myCarriage is the online rental platform of Cycle & Carriage Leasing, the leasing and rental arm of Cycle and Carriage. You'll be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our customers while enjoying a dynamic and lively work environment. You will play a crucial role in creating and delivering exceptional experiences for our prospects and customers of our Rental and Leasing business. You are expected to be a knowledgeable and approachable point-of-contact, representing our company’s values and commitments to delivering high-quality rental experiences. The Opportunity • Greeting and welcoming of customers with enthusiasm. • Provide professional, warm and high level of customer service towards all rental and leasing customers. • Able to explain the rental terms and guide customers through the rental process. • Checking of rental bookings and preparation of vehicles for delivery • Conducting thorough inspection of vehicles before and after rentals and taking necessary actions to resolve issues. • In charge of handing over and collection of vehicles from customers and providing car delivery/collection services, adhering to standard processes. • Attend to incoming calls, emails and handle general enquiries • Fostering relationships with customers, resolving complaints or soliciting feedback from customers and relating back to the management for future improvement. • General maintenance of vehicles in fleet and ensuring that vehicles are upheld as per vehicle audit process Requirements • Work-week dependent on allocated hours • Able to work at least 2 days per week • Holds a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 2 years driving experience • Experience in Rental and Leasing Operations will be an added advantage • Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability • Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
