Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed drivers to manage delivery routes, including loading, transporting, and delivering parcels, and managing assigned walkers. Highlights: 1. Van can be arranged (subject to availability) Immediate Positions Available We are looking for responsible and committed drivers to manage our delivery routes. Eligibility - Singapore Citizen - Singapore PR - Valid Work Permit holders (must be approved to work in the logistics sector) Job Scope You will be responsible for managing a delivery route by: - Loading parcels at the warehouse. - Transporting parcels to the designated multi-storey carpark within the delivery zone. - Unloading parcels for walkers to sort and deliver. - Delivering parcels to assigned Service Points / Picklockers. - Collecting returned parcels from Service Points. - Returning all collected parcels to the warehouse (Inbound). - Loading and transporting the second wave of parcels. - Unloading the second wave for walkers. Once the second wave has been unloaded, your daily duties are completed. Walkers will handle the doorstep deliveries. Daily Operations - 1st Wave: Approximately 600–800 parcels - 2nd Wave: Varies daily, usually similar to or slightly fewer than the first wave. Earnings - Competitive per-parcel payout. - Driver manages assigned walkers for doorstep deliveries. - Walkers are paid separately by the driver. - Driver earns from: - Parcels personally handled (e.g. Service Points and assigned deliveries). - Management margin from parcels delivered by walkers. A full earnings breakdown and payment structure will be explained during the interview. Working Schedule - 7 days a week (including weekends and Public Holidays). Requirements - Valid Class 3 driving licence. - Responsible and punctual. - Able to use a smartphone for delivery applications. - Physically fit for loading and unloading parcels. - Experience in parcel delivery is an advantage but not required.
