Summary:
Develop and implement HR strategies, drive transformation initiatives, and manage employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance and fostering modern leadership.
Highlights:
1. Develop and review HR strategy in alignment with global and regional approaches
2. Drive HR transformation leveraging digitalization and internal enhancements
3. Manage HR compliance, integrity, and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Develop and review the Porsche Asia Pacific (“PAP”) HR strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy, market-specific requirements and potentials, as well as the Volkswagen group HR approach to Asia Pacific
Drive HR transformation initiatives leveraging digitalisation, reviewing and coordinating the implementation of internal enhancement along the employee life cycle
Manage employee compensation, disciplinary matters, talent and performance management, and recognition
Identify, evaluate, and foster best practice sharing and cross-functional synergies at PAP in conjunction with headquarters, as well as other subsidiaries to enhance employee experience
Manage HR compliance and integrity, ensure clear communication and equitable application of policies and procedures in accordance with Group standards
Facilitate and develop an understanding and application of modern leadership and support effective cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)
Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Selection, Training and Organisational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance
Good knowledge of the specifics of employment law
Proven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiatives
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team
Preferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environment
