C/C++ Developer

Job Description: We are hiring a skilled C/C++ Developer with strong experience in Unix/Linux environments to support and enhance our Core Banking systems for a leading bank in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-level programming, system integration, and financial services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C/C++ applications for core banking platforms. Work on Unix-based systems, including shell scripting, performance tuning, and debugging. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and support teams to deliver robust solutions. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. Integrate and optimize backend systems with various banking modules and third-party services. Key Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands-on development in C/C++ in a Unix/Linux environment. Strong knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting, process management, and system-level debugging. Prior experience in Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, T24, Flexcube) is a strong advantage. Experience with payment systems, batch processing, or transaction engines preferred. Familiarity with Oracle or other relational databases and SQL scripting. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in a banking or financial domain.
