Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts. Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for M&E, electrical, and security projects. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities based on project drawings and specifications. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy in cost management and to deliver projects within budget. Analyze tender documents and specifications to identify project requirements and determine competitive pricing strategies. Manage and monitor project financials, including cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports. Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts. Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors as needed. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within M&E, electrical, or security sectors. Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. Proficient with quantity surveying software and MS Office applications. Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
