Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and varied environment Part Time Administrative Assistant – Sales Support & Customer Care (S$1000 per month) Mon - Fri, 12pm - 4pm We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer orientated Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our sales inquiries, and a key support for our sales team. You will be the friendly voice and helpful hand that ensures every customer inquiry is handled efficiently and professionally from attending to calls, preparing quotations and contacting suppliers. Duty & Responsibility : To answer calls and emails timely. To make inquiries with suppliers and respond to customers Support the sales team with quotations and follow-up communications. Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required. To assist duties like packing and moving stock for storage or shipment. Pre-Requisites : - Strong communication skills, friendly, professional attitude. - Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment. - Proficienct in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Prior experience in sales support, customer service, administration and pharmaceutical knowledge is an advantage. - With a can-do attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.
