Work Schedule 3 hours per day 3 days per week 2 days: Telemarketing & appointment setting 1 day: Administrative and managerial support Includes 1 weekday and 1 weekend for telemarketing (schedule to be discussed) Responsibilities Telemarketing Make outbound calls to prospective clients Arrange appointments for complimentary portfolio reviews and financial advisory consultations Confirm appointments and maintain call records Administrative & Managerial Support Manage calendars and appointment scheduling Follow up on client documentation and meeting arrangements Update client records and databases Assist with event coordination, reporting, and general operational tasks Provide administrative support to the Financial Adviser and Manager as required Requirements Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service preferred Comfortable making outbound calls Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace What We Offer Flexible part-time arrangement $15/hour + performance incentives Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and grow with the team Interested?
