Opportunities for rapid career progression and professional development Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media research Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and tailored pitches to prospective customers Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our data entry formats and provide regular performance reports to management Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities Requirements: Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role (typically 3+ years) Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport (Mandarin & Dialect multilingual will be advantageous in your application) Resilience: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to handle rejection professionally Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software Education: O’Levels (Minimum) Benefits: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure ($4K onwards) Opportunities for rapid career progression and professional development Health insurance, Car allowance, Mobile allowance maybe reimbursed To apply, simply call >>> 9191 9983 (Mr Lim)
