Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead a team of 70 Product Support Assistants in the Duty Free Liquor and Tobacco category. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the Product Support Team to ensure stocks are received, transferred and floated into the 19 stores across 4 terminals timely and accurately to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 70 Product Support Assistants in both day and night shifts across the 4 terminals.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching to team members.
Foster a positive and productive team culture.
Any other tasks / assignments as assigned by the Superior or Management
2. Product Support Operations:
Oversee the midnight PSA team receiving of deliveries from warehouses and ensure accurate entry into the GLOB+ system.
Manage stock transfers and customs documentations accurately
Ensure Day PSA floating of stocks onto shelves in stores efficiency
Oversee the schedule for gate hold room deliveries for customers on Australia and USA flights.
3. Resource & Manpower Allocation:
Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure adequate staffing levels across the 4 terminals.
Involved in the recruitment of PSA team members with HR department
Manage roster planning, leave planning, and resource allocation.
4. Spot Checks and Quality Control:
Conduct regular spot checks on midnight PSA teams who receive stocks from warehouses.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
5. Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced environment in similar capacity or responsibilities preferably from FMCG or Retail multi-stores background.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts and weekends.
