We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager specializing in OutSystems to lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform. As a key leader in our team, you will manage technical teams, ensure project success, and deliver high-quality applications for internal and external clients. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing user experiences, and driving the scalability of our systems.         Requirements Key Responsibilities: 1.     Lead the development, testing, and deployment of applications on the OutSystems platform, ensuring alignment with business goals. 2.     Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering professional growth. 3.     Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners and cross-functional teams, to define technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions. 4.     Oversee the maintenance and optimization of applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. 5.     Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, ensuring seamless application functionality and minimal downtime. 6.     Review and approve functional components, including screens, business logic, and custom UI, developed using OutSystems. 7.     Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and quality assurance protocols. 8.     Drive agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. 9.     Define and maintain the applications’ data models, ensuring proper referential integrity and scalability. 10.  Lead the development of features and components that align with User Experience (UX) goals and organizational standards. Qualifications:  Extensive experience with the OutSystems platform (certification preferred).  Proven track record in a leadership role, managing technical teams or projects. Strong background in software development, with expertise in JavaScript, CSS, C# and .NET. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, REST APIs, and SOAP. Deep understanding of full-stack development and best practices.  Expertise in database systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle) and designing scalable data models.  Experience with agile project management methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
