T24 Project Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced T24 Project Manager to oversee the implementation and enhancement of our T24 banking systems. This role demands a solid understanding of T24 architecture and banking practices, along with proven project management skills to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end T24 implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and design solutions. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication among all project participants. Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and progress. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes. Requirements 10+ years of project management experience, specifically in T24 implementations. Strong knowledge of T24 functionalities and banking operations. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
